Lo and Behold

Lo and behold.

Cold in the beyond.

Eternal in all that is space.

In the words and the worlds.

With the prophets and the kings.

In tombs with birds that sing.

Magnitudes of feeling,

In the extremities of our being.

Lo and behold.

All that is precious,

And all that is gold.

  1. This isn’t really a question, but my attempt at learning. I generally allow the reader to scribe whatever revelation he/she desires when reading my work, so I’ll understand if u abstain. The poem flows from eternity, to death, and to life. Is life the precious gold?
